Troubleshooting

If something isn’t working as expected, this guide covers the most common issues users encounter while using xFractal and the Telegram trading bot — along with simple, actionable solutions.

Agents Misunderstands You Aya is intelligent, but if your prompt isn’t interpreted correctly, use the in-bot menu for clearer context or rephrase your message in a more specific way. Start with a direct action like “Swap 5 SOL for $BONK” or “Get the hype score for $TATE.”

Unsupported Asset or Chain Make sure the token you’re referencing is a Solana-based asset. xFractal currently only supports Solana — tokens from other chains will not work. Adjust your query to include supported assets only.

Price or Gas Triggers Not Met If a trade or action based on conditions (like limit orders or MEV triggers) doesn’t execute, confirm the market actually hit the threshold you set. You may need to wait longer or adjust the trigger range.

Stuck Transactions If a transaction stalls or fails to confirm, retry after a few minutes or increase the slippage or gas settings. Network congestion or volatility can cause temporary issues.

Bot Stopped Working If the Telegram bot becomes unresponsive, restart the session. If needed, import your private key into a supported Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom or Solflare) to regain full control of your funds and positions.

Cannot Send Assets to External Wallet Address This feature is currently disabled and will be enabled in a future release. For now, use supported in-app trading and wallet functionality only.

Data Not Updated If the scores or data you receive appear outdated, ask for a refresh using a prompt like: “Update the data and show me again.” The system syncs data frequently, but may require a manual update.

Source Unreachable If an external source (e.g., Twitter, DEX API, or GitHub) is temporarily offline, Aya won’t notify you. Wait a few moments and try again, or switch to a different source or score type.

Overly Broad Queries If your prompt returns too much irrelevant information or overwhelms the bot, narrow your query by including timeframes, keywords, or categories. For example: “List trending meme tokens in the last 12 hours.”

No Relevant Data If your query comes up empty, expand the timeframe or adjust the keyword. Not all tokens are actively trading or generating social signals at every moment — try again with a broader scope.

Query Limit Reached Users are limited to 3 free Score queries per day. To unlock more, you must execute a trade using one of the tokens you queried. After trading, your Score query limit resets.

Execution or Slippage Errors If a trade fails to go through, the issue might be with slippage or liquidity. Try increasing your slippage tolerance or selecting a more liquid trading pair.

Inconsistent Hype Score Display If you don’t see a Hype Score for a token, it may be flagged (e.g. honeypot) or have insufficient social signals. In such cases, Aya will either omit the score or provide a qualitative comment.

Aya’s Response is Vague or Too Generic Try asking with more context, like timeframe, category, or platform. Example: “What’s the hype score for $DOG on Twitter in the last 6 hours?”

Bot Returns a Blank Response This usually means your query returned no valid data. Recheck the token’s spelling, launch status, or try again in a few minutes as the APIs refresh.

Additional Tips Use short timeframes like “in the last 6 hours” for real-time insights. Combine sources (e.g., “Compare Twitter and Telegram sentiment”) to get a broader perspective. Avoid rapid-fire queries — wait a few seconds between requests for smoother performance. If you’re unsure what to ask, explore preset prompts or use the menu for inspiration.
